Our 5-Paw Reviews

Dr. Bates came in after-hours during awful weather to help my dog. He had been hit by a car and someone who saw it happen took him to the vet. She got him stabilized, X-rays (great quality x-rays, normal vet was super impressed with how well they turned out), and sent us home with fluids and pain management while we waited to get into the normal vet the next morning. Her (and her husband’s) kindness and attention to detail were second to none. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bates.

Allie Crampton

Dr. Cassandra Bates saved our Ellie girl after she had been severely injured by another dog. We are so appreciative of the fact that she came in after hours and was so caring. Once surgery was complete, she called us to inform us of Ellie’s status. We are forever grateful for the care given by Dr. Cassandra Bates and staff. Thank you a million times over!

They did it again!!! Saved my dog Max after he got into a barbed wire fence. Doc Bates is so sweet and informs you about everything she is about to do to your baby and calls you when she is done to patiently answer all of your questions.

We received 2 rescue kittens literally at midnight 2 nights ago and they got them both in the same day. They are brother and sister. Sister who we named sassy had a horrible infection in her left eye when we got them and Dr. Bates is just amazing! Little brother, simon is healthy thank God. We have to take Sassy back Saturday to see if she gets to keep her eye. We are claiming and believing in Jesus name she will get to keep her eye. She has been receiving antibiotics and pain medicine round the clock. This was our first time at this clinic, and everyone was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff and Dr. Bates are truly in this business for the love of animals. We are transferring all our other fur babies here because another local clinic has no empathy or compassion for the fur babies under their care. We immediately felt at home here and that even includes other people there with their babies. I loved the waiting room, talking to others and loving on their fur babies as well. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Bates for showing us you love and care for our fur babies as much as we do. We will never go anywhere else. So happy a friend recommended them!

Heather Roberts

Dr. Bates is the best. She has taken care of my horses and my German Shepard for 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss best options. I consider her my pediatrician! When I moved, I continued taking my dog 45 minutes one way just to continue in her care. Glad she has moved to the Gallatin area. She’s such a blessing for that community.
